- Cleaning & checking air filter, front panel & cover
- Checking deodorising & purifying filter
- Cleaning indoor evaporator coil & drainage tray (wall mount)
- Vacuuming drainage pan (ceiling mount) & drainage system
- Brushing outdoor condenser coil
- Checking fan bearing & lubricating if needed
- Checking gas pressure (suction & discharge)
- Tightening electrical contacts
Note: Scope not applicable for ceiling-concealed fan coil units.
